• Discounts to Architects and Design Professionals - Project Evaluation and Budgeting - Shop Drawings - Project Management from Site Measurements through Installation

• Our trade division is run by Leslie and Bill Bisharat, owners of Techline Studio/Furniture That Fits. With first-hand knowledge of architecture, interior design and construction techniques, we are positioned to consult with the professional design community and institutional clients on the full range of project issues from initial planning and budgeting through installation and punchlists.

• Volume discounts to trade professionals are offered when furniture layouts or dimensioned drawings are submitted.

• To get started, you or your client should bring any design documents or sketches to our showroom at 11225 Trade Center Drive (at Sunrise, 2 blocks south of Hwy 50) so we may evaluate the project and prepare a preliminary bid. These documents can also be sent via email to lbisharat@techline-sac.com.

• Our project management team brings all the necessary experience and attention to detail to ensure a successful installation from start to finish..

• You or your client will be assigned a project manager who will coordinate communication between clients, architects, contractors, building management and job foremen. Your project manager will be responsible for site evaluation and determine if pre-staging of furniture should be done at our warehouse or at the job-site.

• Certificates of insurance and other administrative necessities will be addressed. Delivery dates, phasing of installation areas, and job-site particulars will be reviewed.

• Our project manager will oversee the installation and resolve any unforseen design issues in consultation with a designated contact. Final walk-through of the installation and creation of the punchlist, if any, will also be handled by our project manager.

• Post install issues, warranty issues, and general servicing of the installation over the years can easily be addressed by calling our customer service department.
